Misleading Advertising
Ads can be misleading because :
They don't have enough information. They are written purposely to mislead you, because the "employer" wants to hide from you what the job really is; or to make you think there's a job when there isn't.
Be wary of
- Ads you see all the time
- An instant interview
- Jobs that aren't jobs - they want you to sell products
- Misleading job descriptions
- Misleading income claims
- Training disguised as a job
- Contracting disguised as employment
- Commission only paid for selling
