Redundancy
A research study on the experiences of retrenched workers. Findings from the study were also used as the basis of Job Watch's Outline of Contentions in support of the ACTU's application in the AIRC redundancy test case to strengthen redundancy protection for federal award workers.

The latest Schou decision delivered by VCAT forms a body of case law changing the industrial relations landscape, favouring flexibility at work to rigid work conditions.
